Detailed Itinerary

India has an enormous variety of fauna. Indian wildlife is one of the best experiences for wildlife enthusiasts, offering a range of wildlife sanctuaries, National Parks, and ideal locations for a broad diversity of animal kingdoms.

One of those exceptional itineraries that is just wonderful is an Indian wildlife tour combined with a visit to Kaziranga. The One Horned India Rhinoceros is being successfully conserved thanks to Kaziranga.

Well, you may readily find horned Great Indian Rhinos. In addition, it is renowned for being a haven for a variety of wild animals. With a wide range of possibilities to discover the diverse Indian wildlife, this unique itinerary offers the experience of a wildlife journey. Under this itinerary, we take you to some of the most well-known locations.

Day 01 . Delhi / Kolkatta

Arrive in Delhi/ Kolkatta and transfer to the hotel. This day is for relax . over night in hotel.

Day 02. Guwahati to Kaziranga 

Morning transfer to airport to take  the flight to Guwahati. After reaching at Guwahati meet our representative & later drive to Kaziranga park (220 kms /05 hrs) . check in hotel for overnight.

Day 03. Kaziranga National Park

Early morning elephants safari to Kaziranga National park for 01 hrs. Later have breakfast & first jeep safari to the park. After lunch second jeep safari to the park. Overnight in hotel.

Day 04. Kaziranga 

This elephant safari & jeep safari are as the previous day but in different zones of the Kaziranga National park. Overnight in hotel.

Day 05. Kaziranga back to Guwahati

After breakfast drive back to Guwahati. After lunch visit Kamkhaya temple & other areas of interest. Overnight in hotel.

Day 06. Jaldapara National Park

In the morning transfer to rail station to board the train for NJP for Jaldapdra National park , a beautiful park famous for Indian Rinoceros & highly endangered Bengal florican bird & other wild life stuff . After reaching NPJ transfer to the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 07. Jaldapara National Park

Early morning Elephant safari to the Jaldapra National park. After lunch jeep safari to the park. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 08. Jaldapara village safari

This day take a jungle safari by elephant or jeep or take a village safari to understand the local life of people. Back to hotel in the evening & overnight in the hotel.

Day 09. Jaldapara - Gangtok 

After breakfast drive to Gangtok (150 kms/04 hrs). Check-in the hotel & relax or explore the local market. Overnight in hotel.

Day 10. Gangtok 

After early breakfast, drive to Tsomgo lake (1200 ft), 40 kms ( 02;30 hrs). Nathula pass, the entry point for China is very close to this lake, but it is covered with snow most the year. In old times it was considered as the Silk route.

After enjoying the beautiful, scenic lake with snow peaks return back to Gangtok by 03 pm.  After lunch free to explore Sikkim's local handicrafts. Overnight in hotel.

Day 11. Gangtok to Darjeeling

After relaxing wake up & breakfast drive to Darjeeling (90 kms/ 04 hrs). On arrival check in the hotel. Evening free to explore the local area. Overnight in hotel.

Day 12. Darjeeling 

Start this day at 04 am for the trip to The Tiger hills ( 7500 ft), to get a magnificent view sunrise view, from the back side of Kanchenjunga Ranges. After enjoying the Sunrise, driving back visit  to Ghoom Monastery & Basista loop. After breakfast take some rest. The afternoon is free for local excursions. Overnight in hotel.

Day 13. Darjeeling to Bagdogra 

After breakfast drive to Bagdogra 100kms ( 03 hrs). Check-in the hotel & day is free . overnight in hotel.

Day 14. Departure Delhi / Kolkata

Transfer to the airport to board flight to Delhi / Kolkata.
